A Little Light

The winter solstice isn’t for another few weeks, but we can feel the light shrinking away. The solstice is the longest night for our hemisphere, and some celebrate it as the midwinter point—the death and rebirth of the sun.

Solstice or not, light marks a tipping point. It’s the difference between groping through the dark and seeing with bright clarity… and everything in between.
